UCU Scotland Congress 2016

UCU Scotland Congress and Dinner 2016

UCU SCOTLAND CONGRESS, 31 MARCH – 1 APRIL
STIRLING COURT HOTEL, UNIVERSITY OF STIRLING, STIRLING, FK9 4LA

Registration is now open for UCU Scotland’s 2016 Congress and dinner at the Stirling Court Hotel, University of Stirling.

Congress is where our members come together to debate and form policy for the coming year. It’s a great opportunity to get involved in union work, and to represent your branch at a national level. All registered delegates are invited to the Congress meal on the evening before the event, and accommodation is available at the Stirling Court Hotel. Accommodation and reasonable travel expenses are fully funded by UCU. This year we welcome guest speakers Angela Constance MSP, Iain Gray MSP and Vonnie Sandlan, NUS Scotland President.

You must have approval from your branch to attend. Branches can send three representative members in addition to their Honorary Secretary or Executive Committee member. If you are interested, please contact your branch to check availability (you can find contact details here https://www.ucu.org.uk/yourcontacts).

After you have gained branch approval you can register at this link: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/ucu-scotland-congress-and-dinner-2016-tickets-20698493752?ref=estw
